The ongoing participation of supportive service and vocational rehab providers, employers, human services organizations, government agencies and private partners have become an essential part of the OIC service strategy. These collaborations have led to a shared vision, resulting in concrete, attainable goals for everyone, most importantly—our trainees.
Through a vast network of committed organizations, OIC has been able to create a culture of opportunities that supports our trainee’s goals for self-sufficiency.
OIC continues to offer a wide range of vocational, supportive and employment services. As our partnerships with providers and services grow, as relationships with employers take shape and as trainees become accustomed to their new environment, the pace of viable employment is likely to increase.
